Ovation of the Seas will become the newest and third ship in Royal Caribbean’s Quantum Class when she debuts in 2016, featuring the same groundbreaking innovations as sister ships, Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas. On this ship you can go skydiving with RipCord by iFly, take yourself to new heights riding the North Star viewing capsule, go rollerskating and enjoy the flexibility of dynamic dining. And in great news for Australian cruise fans, Ovation of the Seas is venturing to Australia for six weeks in her inaugural year; she’ll call Sydney home, and cruise our backyard starting from December 2016. So what itineraries are available?


15-Night New Zealand Cruise

This ultimate 15-night cruise features the best of New Zealand. Following an overnight stay aboard ship in Sydney, you’ll head south to enjoy the Tasmanian capital of Hobart, then cross the Tasman to explore Milford, Dusky and Doubtful Sounds in New Zealand’s far south. Next, Ovationof the Seas will cruise north to Dunedin, Picton, Wellington, Tauranga and finally Auckland, before heading back to Sydney. This itinerary also has a bonus six sea days, including Christmas Day, allowing plenty of time between ports to kick back and enjoy the ship’s unique facilities.

14-Night New Zealand Cruise

A new year, a new itinerary, this time across two weeks enjoying New Zealand’s best with the added bonus of a one-off call to Bay of Islands. Another round trip from Sydney, Ovation of the Seas will spend two days at sea before venturing into the spectacular region that is the Bay of Islands in the far north of the North Island. Then she’ll continue to visit Tauranga, Auckland, Wellington, Picton and Dunedin, winding up her New Zealand ports of call with exploration of the Fiordland Sounds and two days cruising back to Sydney.

14-Night Sydney to Singapore Cruise

Rounding out her debut season Down Under, Ovationof the Seas will embark on a 14-night cruise to Asia from Sydney. If you love sea days, this itinerary has 10 of them; more than enough to relax and enjoy all her dining options and the unique activities on board. Ports of call include Brisbane, where you can go shopping or visit the scenic Gold Coast, Darwin, famous for top-quality wildlife parks, and finally Port Kelang, the gateway to Malaysia and its fascinating capital city, Kuala Lumpur.
