Favourite dishes on the Thai-inspired menu include the traditional massaman beef curry; think melt-in-your-mouth beef in a creamy coconut curry which includes peanuts and chunks of potato.
One of the more innovative dishes on the Thai menu is the pork cheeks with caramel dressing and grapefruit salad. The chefs roast the pork cheeks until they are crispy and tender before slicing them into cubes and pouring a spicy caramel dressing on top - a sauce melded with star anise, red wine vinegar and lime juice. To complement the rich flavours of the meat the dish is then garnished with coriander, Thai mint and Thai basil.^Please note sample menus are a guide only and are subject to change.
